Your telephone and Internet service will be disconnected if your payment is not received on or before the payment due date. You will pay a reconnection fee of $39.00 plus outstanding balance to have your telephone restored or reconnected. Your outstanding balance and reconnection fee must be made by money order or credit card . If you pay with check, your phone service will not be restored till your check clears. If your phone is disconnected, we will prorated your final bill through the disconnection date and bill your credit card with us. Late payment fee is 2% of your balance. Your phone, Internet or any other services we provide will be disconnected immediately without notice if a customer pays with stolen or unauthorized credit card or pays with bad check. Such customer may be subject to prosecution.

You may access, download and print materials on this site for your personal and noncommercial use.
